Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refunding

We're happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item's improper condition.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@custom-portraits.com. We do not require customers to return any items. Photo evidence will be sufficient for any discussion.

Canceling order before production

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and Unlimited revision for your artwork. However, if you still don't like the previews sent after the requested edits are made, we offer you a full refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunding process & Returns

Since each order is custom-made and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your item once received, we will gladly redo and replace it at no cost to you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Custom-Portraits.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
