- USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Europe: 3-6 working days
- Rest of World: 10-15 working days
- All orders are shipped fully tracked.

Shipping Cost

- We offer Worldwide FREE Shipping for all orders over $100 for a limited time
- For all orders under $100 placed in the USA shipping cost is $9.86

Processing Times

Processing time for all custom orders is 1-2 days after you approve your design.

Custom Artwork Creation Time

- Artwork previews will be sent within 1-2 days to your email address.
- Printing begins within 48 hours of receiving your approval.

Returns

Since each order is custom-made and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your item once received, we will gladly redo and replace it at no cost to you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Custom-Portraits.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@custom-portraits.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
